Driving and parking

The start and end of the school day are busy times for pedestrians and drivers outside schools.

When driving and parking near our school, please:

• ensure you park safely in school zones
• follow speed signs
• do not make U-turns or 3-point turns outside the school.

The school does not have a car park, the only available parking is street parking around the school. Please take care when picking up and dropping off students in the morning or afternoon.

Also, please be aware of the restricted parking zones around the school.

Picking up in the afternoon

Students can be picked up near the main entrances on Lithgow Street from 3:15pm. To help our school community please

• Please ensure the car is in park and is safe for your child to get into.
• Parking monitors frequently monitor traffic around the school.
• Once picked up continue straight along Lithgow street. Do not attempt a U-Turn near pick up.
• Check the roads before pulling out.
• Ensure your child knows where they are getting picked up from.

Catching public transport

Public transport is a great way to safely get to and from school.
